This post is information for you to know, the purpose that you'll get to know what kind of bodytype that you have, so it can maintain your goal to accomplish your goal by changing your habit when you hit pleatau when you know your body type by reading this ....
There are 3 body type of human body :
1. Ectomorph : Usually it is a skinny person which has a tall body (not always), this kind has known to as a genetically hardgainer, it needs more extra training, which means need extra power which mean needs extra eat & rest! This body type has a high burning calory body type, that's why need an extra rest and other extra. When you achieve your bodybuilding goals it becomes more ultimate than other bodytype they have, because of the height body which mean have a long muscle structure, so when you're get big you have a great body than mesomorph type at the same levels
2. Mesomorph : The most common body type people, has a average genetically body weight, no need to talk about, because it has average & balance body type metabolism so easy to growing big, growing natural genetically.
3. Endomorph : The most common body type that people want to avoid, this is a very bad body type because when you get "big" by this body type there are several dangerous illness within this body, like cancer, heart attacks, bad collesterol, etc2
So it's not strange when you see at banner on gym or on several site, and so many manufacture supplements create their burn fat supplements rather than weight gainer supplements
Now that you know which body type you are now ...
P.S :
So if you are one of the Ectomorph or Endomorph body type, it can change too, you should listen to this carefully! You are what you are, no matter what people say bout you, you can change your body type into "good looking type" because bodybuilding is you are what you eat, there is no impossible word when you are in bodybuilding world, it seems like there is no way to change your body type when you entering the training zone as if you hit the pleatau ... just listen to this! BE PATIENCE, YOU CAN MEET SOME INSTANT RESULTS ON OTHER SPORTS BUT NOT ON THIS!!
All you have to do is to be honest with yourself, dedication, integrity, intencity and insanity, just wait for the results that you will accomplish!
